Does anyone have any good resources? I'm good for 3 days then I go back a bit. I'm ready for hypnosis at this point.
Just be disciplined. It’s not that hard.
Where does this statement come from? Any proof? The science and experiments show that being disciplined is hard. Willpower doesn't work, and trying to achieve anything through willpower is setting yourself up for failure. What does work is creating small habits with a positive motivation and feedback loop.
Pics?
Don't have any resources, but eating fruits when I had cravings for sugar worked for me. I gradually reduced the amount of fruits later and I didn't have that much cravings during the reduction process
Uhh you know fruits contain sugar, right?
Yes, but the amount of sugar we consume in fruits is less than the amount of sugar we consume from sweets or ice cream etc. also I did mention about cutting the fruits quantity to reduce the sugar consumed. I had less cravings this way personally
Switch to monkfruit, stevia, etc
You’ll fart constantly and potentially develop GI and gut problems is the only trade off
I feel like those artificial sweeteners fuck up your hormones
I was able to cut it out with think bars. They are keto but taste pretty good
Trick: Buy hundreds of packs of sugar free gum. All different flavors. Chew it when you have a kick. Sugar alternatives can be like 100 times sweeter than real sugar. Look it up yourself. I’d chew a pack of gum a day. This will kick your sugar habit. But. You will instead be addicted to sugar alternative 🤷♂️ I did this specifically to snack less and eat fewer sweets. I found it successful.
Did you get the shits from eating that much gum?
I was only chewing gum. There was nothing to shit.
I cook so it helps to control what my family eats. We go low sugar and salt but it takes some getting used to. Be warned that after awhile it changes your palette so that anything with full sugar/salt tastes extreme.
Dont buy sugar in the first place!!
My only problem is coffee. I can live without sugar but can’t without having coffee. Black coffee is not coffee
Coffee is fine in even pretty large quantities. Just use sugar substitute and almond milk if you can’t drink black.
lol I feel like sugar destroys the taste of coffee. I could never
Use sweeteners, it’s pretty easy

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Why not reduce it gradually instead of trying a cold turkey approach? Like go from two sugars in coffee to one and then none
