For those that are working full remote, how has it been? Any regrets or things you miss? Has it affected your career growth? Thinking about requesting full remote since I’m sick of living in Bay Tc 305
Great. Sweatpants attire. Go for a walk in the park when I want. Wifey likes to surprise me with oral action (every day is oral action 😉). Zero commute. What are the positives of in office again? Let boss micromanage? Crappy, cheap coffee? Fake co-workers?
I'm just gonna say it: This guy fucks. Am I right? I'm looking at the rest of you guys, and this is the guy on Blind doing all the fucking. Am I right? You know I'm right. This guy fucks.
Amazing. I’m never going back to an office job. Cant believe people put up with offices for so long.
I work a lot more fully remote. I just chat all day and do social things in offices, whereas it's back to back meetings and work at home. Makes sense in hindsight, but tbh I did not account for it when comparing offers. Remote pay has to be on par with bay area pay, or it's not a good deal.
It’s amazing and anyone who tells you otherwise needs to learn to get a social life outside of work.
Would never go back if I had a choice.
Amazing work life balance, spend more time with family, get to go out for a walk every day. Would never go back to office if I had a choice
Bored AF, can't wait till ppl are hiring again so i can get a job where i can go into an office
Usually people who say this are employers, those miserable at home anyway due to space, kids, or sharing said space. Gtfoh.
This is honestly sad lol going to an office 5 days a week isn’t going to make your life better.
