Hello #att employees, I got an offer with ATT. What are the RTO policies ? Are they flexible with work from home ? How is the work life ?
I know a few people working at AT&T who are moving from nice places to….Dallas :/
Assume there will be no flexibility to work from home unless you are in field sales or field operations. Officially it’s 3-5 days in the office and your org may choose to be on the lower end, but there’s nothing that says they can’t change to mandatory 5 days. Work/life balance depends a lot on your manager, the projects you work on, and your org leadership style (in that order). I’ve been here pretty much all my professional career and only have 2nd hand info, but I think most coming here from other companies can manage the workload pretty well. Only exceptions I’ve seen personally are newbies off the street, or people that are too young invested and thus get more work piled on them by management, so YMMV. Good luck!
Depends if you are market or corporate
Unless you are directly supporting something in the field… 3-5 days depending on team in Dallas or Atlanta … Dallas the parking is 1/2 a mile away from the HQ and they charge you $50 a month… food at hq is cafeteria quality made by Aramark that they charge $$$$ for, like $15 for a sandwich or $12/lb for salad…
Yeah the cafeteria was never a deal but seems crazy nowadays
Everybody is talking bad about at&t...
Just curious you just go to office to have video conferencing all day long because ur manager and team members all over the country?
Just read a reddit post that they are laying off a lot of employees unless they can relocate. An employee working for 25yr was one of them.
