It’s happening in Seattle as well. More recently I’ve seen price reduction on homes on the market for the first time since 2017

This had happened every year. My 2 cents would be go for it if you think the house is a good fit for you before the prices pick up.

It is seasonal. It will pick up again. If u like a house go for it especially now that interest rates are still low

Reduction for 100k on a house that costs over 1m is a joke. It's still expensive as shit and shouldn't be seeing as a trigger.
Seeing homes sit longer.
