Principal SWE exabeam base / stock / bonus
Got a call from a recruiter. The work seems interesting but I can’t find any salary information anywhere. Can someone who works there or who had principal offer comment on the pay?
250k base, 300 to 400k rsu for 4 years. Check with recruiter.
Exabeam didn’t went public right ? Still they offering stocks ? Or is it options to buy stock?
I don’t get why salary can’t be disclosed off the bat. Sounds disrespectful, no? Probably isn’t much either… otherwise they would be proud to tell you.
