Benchling is awesome! I interviewed with them and loved every step. The interviewers know what they are doing and are actually good at interviewing. They really like when you speak out your mind and you are encouraged to bounce ideas off them.
I wish I passed their interview but unfortunately I failed at the on-site step. Their questions are usually bioinformatics related, so think of a Rosalind questions if you ever used that site, but you definitely don’t need a science background to succeed.
