SAP labs vs Zeta
Help me decide between SAP and zeta. Currently working in a service based company. Confused between these two. I feel the work life balance might be better in SAP but the tech and money might be better in zeta. Current TC:- 16 LPA YOE :- 4.8 Zeta:- 28LPA + 5JB + 5RB + 14lakh equity(vested in 4 years) SAP Labs:- 30.5LPA(including 10% variable) + 2L JB

While calculation WLB, i suggest you consider depression a part of it which is what you will be maintaining all those legacy systems.

I am happy to see that Nagarro pays 16 to 5 yoe. Earlier they start at 4.5 salary for fresher which hardly reaches 12 in 5 years

Go to Zeta bruh. SAP labs has crap work. So many of my batchmates in SAP from campus wanting out. SAP is like Oracle the behemoths of the old era

Not legacy whole work is shit. One of my friends who is a top notch coder and researcher just quit in frustration and remained jobless for 6 months and went for masters. They dont even give good work even if you are talented.
