RTO at Salesforce
Is Salesforce doing RTO for five days in Bellevue/Seattle offices? Been interviewing for service cloud and some have said 4 days some 5 days.
RTO policy is based on the department, not specific office location. Most engineers in core that are categorized as office flex should be 10 days in office per quarter. If you can get classified as remote, the time to do it is during offer negotiation, reclassification process is a joke right now.
Any idea about sales/sales engineer?
Last I heard is customer facing can expect 4 days in office per week, 10 days in office per quarter for engineers, and 3 days in office per week for other roles. It really depends how close you are to the customer.
10 days a quarter will change in near future ? Asking for SF Bay Area
