https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-51029994 Do you fear flying Boeing 737 narrow body aircrafts?
Boeing's 737 non max have rhe best safey record of any plane flying. What you should be afraid of is flying in any plane out of a country that is shooting missiles at its neighbors and is famously incompetent with its conventional military
Exactly this
Has a terrorist attack been ruled out?
if it’s boeing I ain’t goeing to the guy who didn’t read, had nothing to do with missiles
It crashed in Iran shortly after Iran launched their missiles. Might be related. OTOH it is a Ukrainian airplane. Could be an issue with simple upkeep and maintenance.
might be related how? please explain your line of thought what is the relationship between ukraine and “issue with simple upkeep...”?
Iran could f up and shoot down the airplane. Ukraine is a failing corrupt state with failing infrastructure. Trying to save money on maintenance and flying ancient junk was a norm on internal flights as I've heard, could spread to international outside of EU.
Shit show... deaths all over... so depressing
737 is solid safety wise. This wasn’t the MAX obviously. I’d be more worried about the shit going down in this particular geography. Planes crash from time to time. Your drive home from work is orders of magnitude more dangerous than flying in a plane.
If it's not boeing I'm still going
Where's the option of Boeing is safe but I still prefer Airbus over Boeing for other reasons
