So I got offer from cars24(Bangalore) and flexport. My priority right now is to atleast spend couple of years and have decent enough work during tenure so that next job search isn't too hard. Offers: Cars24: 40L + 3L variable Flexport : 42L + 10% variable + 2L joining TC : 0(laid off) YOE: 5 years
Don’t join Flexport. Stay in a tech company
Cars24 is a marketplace for used cars, so it's kinda as much a tech company as flexport.
Cars24 offers home delivery of cars as well as home test drive. Cars24 has many business units in Australia, other countries of Asia, and much more
Between the devil and the deep blue sea, I'd choose Flexport. Better chance of learning and some international exposure.
Ironically Flexporr May not fire u but may not be there in couple of yrs
