Hey Blinders, I was wondering if anyone could share some insights on Rackspace interview process for engineering manager or director of engineering role (US based)? Also what kind of TC range would be possible for those roles? I saw a job that I am interested in and I'm getting the process started. Thanks ! I canโt speak to the engineering manager or director of engineering roles (because Iโm a software developer), but I imagine they might involve some questions about your technical background and perhaps some solutions and strategy. Ultimately weโre a customer service oriented hosting company, so depending on the organization youโre applying for, there might be some questions around automated solutions around hosting and networking. But ultimately, this is all speculation on my part. ๐
