Rahi Systems / Bytedance - anyone has insight??

Thinking on moving into their new project here in Ireland (partnering with bytedance), data center. Does anyone have an insight on how this symbiosis works at Rahi (they mentioned to me they work with PayPal & Google also) Sounds to me that the role its under Rahi but working for Bytedance, so I'm not sure how that works out. Would I be limited on putting ideas on the table?? for example
