Raise and Bonus
How much is general raise and bonus given out by tech companies in Bay Area? Got my performance review done today: 3% raise, 130% of target bonus. Does this raise seems ok? Can I negotiate this now after performance review? Can you guys share numbers for your performance reviews? Tc-150k

A 3% raise is normal for the past two years.

Comparing across jobs isn't going to be too helpful but will probably make you hate your job Checks levels.fyi for actual comp values by year.
I did check levels.fyi It shows total comp but RSU seems weird because they don’t generally enter the value/ vesting period. They end up putting the total grant which then shows miscalculated Tc My company is not even be listed there, so it becomes challenging. I think I am at par with my work and tc in the industry, but wanted to know specifically raises across the industry and any leeway for negotiations on raise.
Yeah they assume 25% vesting over 4 years on the site I think. It's not always correct. Anyway, an increase below the rate of inflation is basically a pay decrease
