Level 2-2 Base 268k 25% target bonus Stocks: 3120 (worth $483k) vesting at 15%, 25, 25, 35. $155 per share. Sign on, first year only: 40k Tc:460k first year. This is initial offer and recruiter said I can provide a number on top of this and they will let me know what their max offer would be. Role: data engineer (infra) Location: Seattle Could I ask for all cash? Does TikTok give that? What’s the max for 2-2? Edit: final offer is 500k first year with 50k sign on and 80% cash on base + bonus + rsu.

Ask for less stock and more cash, you can go up to 80% cash and 20% RSU for total compensation. you can ask for a larger sign on, probably $50-60k (one of my friends got offer $80k sign on but that was a year ago)
