I think it's healthy and filling. I started personal training and trying to eat clean and nutritious food. Roasted rock fish, herbed lentils with Chile garlic rapini and Lime Tarragon Quinoa. Just took the milk tea for tasting. Any idea how many calories this has ? I also took togo for dinner.
