EY India - notice period ??
URGENT HELP NEEDED !! Hi All, I am working at EY India office and my spouse would be relocating to US from India in next 2 weeks. 1. Will EY India allow me to leave the company by serving only 2 weeks of notice period without paying anything given that I have genuine situation? 2. Can I take my EY India laptop with me to the US and work from there for 3 months of my notice period and then ship my laptop back to India once my notice period ends ? But I don't think your laptop will be working, since VPN will detect your location
1. I highly doubt if EY will negotiate the notice period until the manager push for you a way beyond. 2. You can take the laptop with and courier it later but don't let them know you are going out of the country otherwise they won't allow it.
