Catastrophie will hit after election
I’ve been saving half my income for the last 2 years. I know recessions suck, but so does inflation. Biden is a complete disaster and I can only hope he loses this fall.
Good move. How’s OpenDoor these days
Surviving. Real estate has been a nightmare the past few years. Need a new party running this country because this current one is running everything into the ground. It’s exhausting, hopefully better days ahead.
Yeah coming from 2022

Biden wants to raise capital gains tax to 40%
Recession already happened and passed. Biden and the Democrats just didn't officially callit a recession because they wanted to secure the mid-year.
Right, that’s why rates stayed at 5pct the whole time smfh
@Vanguard While there was a technical recession in their first half of ‘22, afaik barely anyone outside of tech felt it. It was largely contained. Between high FFR, protracted yield curve inversion, stalled out equity indices, and historically low unemployment, probability of a real general recession within the next 12 months seems high.
