Recommendations for a nice Studio or 1B1B apartments in Santa Clara County or around.
I am looking for a good studio or 1b1b apartment in Santa Clara County. Preferably close to the Nvidia campus, but it doesn't matter even if it is far away. No one is coming to the office anyway. My budget is up to 2.5k. I really liked the units in Santa Clara Square Apartments, but they were very costly. 3.5k for a studio. Fml. Any recommendations on something close to a nicely remodeled or entry/mid-level luxury apartment? Are there any offers anywhere going on, like 1 or 2 months off, just like how we had those during covid? 240
For cheap stuff, look near Winchester Blvd by Valley Fair/280.
Check vista 99 , domain apartment or verdant apartment. All are decent and within 10-15 mins drive in pick hrs .
Check out crescent village apartments in north San Jose; only around 3 miles away from Santa Clara square apartment
Unless you are in a management role, go further out into East Bay for cheaper rent. If you are an IC, you won't be coming to office, and if you do need to, it will be a once in a while event and you can use public transport.

RTO is taking pace and in this economy conditions there is no much leverage. once in a while may change soon. May be hybrid.
