Swimming class for sure as it is also a safety measure that all kids should learn to prevent drowning.
Do as many different classes and sports as you can when they are young. This will allow you to determine what your kids enjoy doing and what they are good at. As they get older, you can start narrowing the extra curriculars down to just their favorites.
^^ try as many options for a few months each. See what the kid likes.
🎹
Depends on the child's interests. Music is great, gymnastics helps with balance, art is wonderful, there's an indoor soccer camp near us that's wonderful too.
Thanks all!
Nothing unless you are the instructor. Every activity at that age is an exercise in trust, and the important thing is to build it with the parent.

Thank you AAPL and NVDA
I would highly recommend a sport. It makes them stronger during their development years and teaches them team spirit.
Like swimming and dance? Dancing does require physical strength.
Dance not so much. Swimming, biking, hockey, basket ball etc are good sports.
