Recruiter asking comp expectations after onsite @Apple SPG group
Hi, I am being asked to reply through email the detailed "realistic comp" expectations after my onsite with SPG group. Is this common/expected? My next year comp should be 500k (assuming today's $GOOG price), would Apple be able to beat that? 13 yoe. Would providing such a number in initial comp expectations thwart my chances? Any advice, folks?
Tough without a few stacked refreshers.. You can get 450k for the first year.. 200k base + 600k rsu + 100k joining.. ICT5 refreshers will be 200k+.

I know someone from Siri who got >500k (with sign on) offer at ICT4 recently. But he has ML background. If your background matches strongly with what they want comp shouldn’t be a factor.
Only Siri has those super high offers.
Yes, doable for ict5. There might be a work cultural recalibration needed in making the move from google to apple.
