Recruiter is asking TC for SDM Paloalto network & Citrix senior principal engineer
Application framework team. Maybe called cloud team? YOE 27 Have another offer with Citrix senior principal engineer they are asking for Tc. As well Have Aws SDM whole day interview & OCI whole day this week Buying some time. Is it norm nowadays for us to come with TC. Is this how negotiations start? Thanks to all. Appreciate your advice
Totally reasonable for a recruiter to ask for your target (and reasonable for you to not give one, but you are likely getting a larger number if you give a larger number and null isn’t a number). I believe in CA it’s illegal to ask for your current tc now, but I’m not positive
