Has anyone had success reaching out to recruiters via LinkedIn? A majority are willing to connect but they don't answer to any inquiry about positions or getting qualified candidates across to hiring managers. They all remain silent. Anyone know why? Please feel free to offer advice on approaches that's worked for you in reaching them and getting to that interview.
Ignore recruiters. Most aren’t useful. Instead. Try to establish friendships at the companies you want to work for...an internal, straight talking connection will do you more good.

you should work with an outside recruiting agency who supports LinkedIn. It's a better way to get into the company. my team recruits for Linkedin and we have a fantastic partnership with them. what types of positions are you looking at?
