Reddit ban

How to get around Reddit ban? I was banned from a sub for what I believe was a stupid reason. I’m petty, so I created a new account and got a perma Reddit for trying to circumvent sub ban. My only option is going through VPN, right? #reddit

That doesn't work, they track IP address and probably device ID as well.

VPN could work ...unless they have a black list of IPs from said VPN companies... then you'll have to use smaller, under the radar VPNs.

Why the hell would you use that sh****le of a site?

Cerner RMuh72 OP Oct 16, 2020

They actually have a really good cycling subreddit. And I love trolling local sport subs and watching people freak out. It’s a good sanity break when I’m bored everyone once in awhile.

I often times search "something site:reddit.com" because Google search is a piece of shit now and only gives curated stuff it wants you to see. If you want to read real opinions about something instead of narrative control then reddit is a great place for that. The only problem is reddit is 90% liberals and 10% "trolls" (conservatives) who continually get banned just for not following _that_ narrative. it works better for niche topics like hobbies and tech.
