Tc is not faang level and it’s paper money but the company is consolidating its business and we recently announced a CFO

Remote from India will get you really good talent at an inexpensive TC. It's a killer combination. Why not be open to India?
All jobs require 5+ years of experience, are there any junior swe roles?
I would wait until Q2 before we start opening entry level roles. There are a couple of junior roles on the job board though. Anything that doesn't list YOE is fairly safe.

Not sure what you mean but as far as I know our exit options are pretty standard for private companies
