Everything here depends on the team and org. I lucked out and I’m on amazing team, fully remote, great WLB and compensation has been really good since I’ve been here for 3+ years and joined with several competing offers. You’ll hear mixed reviews, but overall Reddit is pretty solid IMO - compensation can be lower compared to Google, FB, top tier unicorns, but things might have improved since IPO - not sure.

How is the equity structured? How many shares etc? It seems not bad, but again, you could probably make more TC at other companies.
