Saw this home, lot of activity on it apparently, realtor suspects house will sell at list price within a week. Woah! https://redf.in/BJSQYv
zestimate is 1.43M. it would go lower than that
Doesn’t look like that.. look at the number of saves and views on Zillow. At this point, we’re so frustrated!!
Realtor trying to trick you. No way is it going for more than 1.5M in this market.
People are still buying homes like there’s no tomorrow. Sammamish homes are selling in a week for as high as 2.1, 1.85. I’ve been trying to keep a tab on the homes sold, only to end up being disappointed!
Are you a part- time realtor?
I wish! I could have saved on the commision then :)
Can you share link for homes in Sammamish
For as much as this market is said to be “cooling”, two of my neighbors’ homes were under contract after the first weekend on the market this month.
Plus I don’t know if you guys noticed, but the homes that are coming in the market, now have an offer review date. They’re not willing to negotiate at all, and in fact in some cases promoting a bidding war!
We need to start a poll to see how many are actually waiting to buy a home in next 3, 6 months and etc
Everyone saying it’s gonna be sold under asking.. I am thinking it would either go at list price or even a little above.. it has potential to create a bidding war. 1.6M is a comfort price point for a lot of ppl. Especially when all we saw was 2M+ houses last year with bidding wars.
It was easier to afford 2M house a year ago as compared to 1.6M house today.
Not exactly.. Affordability changed due to rates, Yes. But there has always been enough cash reserves for folks that the current change doesn’t matter much.. If anything I see more excitement in these buyers as they don’t have to go through pain of 40 bidding offers
We haven’t seen the bottom yet. Avg price reduction nationally is 11% with more room to go down to even get to pre-pandemic levels. It is a matter of when.. if it’s a primary home, doesn’t matter as much, go for it.
Definitely overpriced

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
I bet it will go lower than the asking price
Yeah like 1.6? It’s so wild!!
Let watch .. if it goes pending in a week then it is close to asking price
