Redwood city -where to live?
Hey all, Moving for a new job to Redwood city.Im 29 and single-dont drive as well.Which neighbourhoods should I target for an affordable studio,social life and accessible to public transport(Bart/caltrain). Im looking at glen park,daly city,san bruno and San mateo. New TC is 200k and Im looking at a max of 2200 for a studio.
I have lived in Glen Park its a nice commuter neighbourhood not a lot of shops but close to bart so thats nice. You will probably need to change at Milbrae, unfortunately Caltrain and Bart are not in sync I wouldnt live in Daly City or San Bruno the commute would roughly be the same from Glen park to there and you also dont get to be close to city things You can live in San Mateo or Redwood city bith have great downtowns but it is nothing close to the Mission with a lot of young people.

Ur 29 and unmarried? Not good. Focus on getting a girl first. Apartment and all is fine. You can live anywhere. It won’t change ur life
