so at 10.5-11 that she be the starting of the principal ? i doubt they can offer 70-75 at 11 yoe base
They will offer sr principal around 50 to 60 base to match initial TC

Cadence will initially match the TC but afterwards minimal RSU for Sr pr role and minimal hike. I have seen people come from qcom and complain about hike and RSU. Work for 2-3 year max and move to other company. Also, make sure you check with cadence and clear you will get RSU every year. As cadence has no written policy for RSU, hence between team and role some people get RSU and most of them not get any RSU even in sr pr role. Work life balance is good in most of the group. Learning wise, most of cadence team doesn’t have documentation or availability at one place. So in initial days can be difficult.

Why qcom to cdns ?I doubt cdns pay that high. Even if it manages for initial tc, refreshers are minimal or non existant
How are the refreshers RSUs for 10.5 YOE and hikes .can you please tell?
Till principal, there are no guaranteed refreshers at all. For 10.5 can expect sr principal and refreshers are 10k for 4. WLB and culture are way better than qcom . This is for IP division .
