Thank you. What are directors and sr director roles posted as for Atlassian. I dont see any with that title. I only see 1-2 head of engineering roles.
Lead Principal/Head is the equivalent to L7 at Google or E7 at Meta.
I’ve referred multiple well-qualified director-level candidates that were C-suite at the (non-FAANG) companies I’d worked with them at, and the recruiters never even called them.
