Refresher @ Apple for IC3
Is stock refresher conditional? or can it be expected every year?(with or without a promotion) along with performance bonus and a 3.5/4 % base hike Whats the average refresher like for IC3? Position : SRE (Assuming SREs are paid lesser than SWEs) TC - 180k 3 yrs

Avg is 50k 80 and 100k is for all exceeds
Recruiter told me it’s between 80k and 100k annually, vested over 4 years. What did your recruiter say?
