That means my year TC progress yearly over 5 years would be 550k, 600k, 650k, 700k, 500k ? With stock growth 10%, will this be allowed to happen? 550k, 625k, 707k, 797k, 531k ? With promo at year 4 with 400k grant instead of 200k + 50k base+bonus increase - 550k, 600k, 650k, 700k, 600k ? At LinkedIn refreshers are always based on your current TC. You dont get refreshers in your first year. So it will be 550k in both first and second year.

Are you saying the L6 refresher is $200k? I was quoted $195k for an L7 Mgr offer last fall. That seemed low, but doesn't seem like a detail the recruiter would get wrong.
