The man I love hates me because I’m Vietnamese
keep getting thank you for your time email. how many do you get before the right job ?
How many did you get? And do you think you were qualified for the roles?
I lost count !!! Probably 20-30 rejections. At least 10 after on-site.
Then like I said, you are the problem. Something you are doing is off.
10 after on-site means while you might have done well in phone screen, you probably have to prepare more for onsite, that simple!
My first job, I failed even unpaid intern. Second job, landed amazon on first try. Difference: leetcode skills and heavy behavioral prep.
How did you do behavioral prep for situations you didn't encounter at work? Also, what (if any) resources did you use?
A lot of time if u see in another aspect u can use examples from ur work, I had only 1 yoe in a not so good company. If I can do it u can also do it. Worst case use ur friends example or make up one. Or something u wanted to do but did not do.
It’s not you. As SAP’s number 1 employee, they’ve gone out of their way to blacklist you at all companies so that you remain ‘loyal’
Is this after on sites or technicals?
Yes
If you can't accept rejection, don't apply. It's like getting girls numbers. Don't let it get you down either, you motivate
I wouldn’t get discouraged yet these jobs are so competitive, maybe tweak your search but don’t get discouraged
FASNG is really really hard to crack. Other companies are much easier.
If you keep getting them, either your resume sucks or you’re applying for the wrong positions
