What are some companies or sectors etc that have relaxed cushy laid back data science jobs? Even if they pay much less than top silicon valley dollar?

Insurance, banking, healthcare sectors Less money, less stress, slow growth But most people in tech wouldn't leave their golden handcuffs. It's tough to leave money on the table.
