Reliable job search sites?

Hi there. I am looking to make a career move. What are the reliable job search sites? So far I am working with Linkedin Job Search tool. I avoid Dice by all means due to some creep news on it. I am HW Engineer (not manager) with 15 years of experience. I really need a change. At this time of the year job reqs are quite dry. I normally get called in next day. P.s. i am in Bay Area. Can't move! Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Try Hired

Hired.com... I’m trying it for the first time and don’t know why I didn’t try it sooner. I just wish I made my salary requirements higher when I signed up, because now companies are going with that.

There are many that are great/the same. LinkedIn is one of the good ones and using company websites that don't really advertise off their site (like Apple). Leverage your contacts on LinkedIn to give an internal referral with recruiters. Personal contacts will trump all. So foster and nurture your relationships throughout your career.

When you say ‘career move’ do you mean you want to move out of HW? HW is a small world and for 15 years you should have a good sized network. A lot of it is word of mouth at that level.

I want to stay in HW but change topic and company.
