Hi guys, I'm seeking to relocate to Japan and got an offer from robert walters as a Haken(dispatch engineer) and client is woven by Toyota. Did anyone have experience working here and heard anything related to converting to full time engineer(seishain) Offer is very generous compared to other companies. But as a temporary dispatch engineer Yoe: 5 yrs in US companies
what was the offer ? thinking of applying abroad as well
Don't. Moving back to the US was the best thing I did. No companies in Japan don't have the bullshit varnish, but WP was the worst.
Haken is a very unsafe employment arrangement in Japan. Don’t do it. Japan is an amazing country but WbT is the worse. I’d prefer to work for Amazon instead, that should tell you something.
What is the offer range? What is the diff between being a contractor for them as opposed to being a full employee
Since the company is ruled by Toyota and Denso secondees in upper and middle management there is effectively no difference. No promotions, no fairness, blatant cronyism, and discrimination. If you want to come to Japan, don't make it this company.
Let me know if you can refer me to some potential opportunity in japan. Can send more details in DM
I got offer for 1 year contract from RW too, did you go OP?
