Relocation google
How flexible is relocation package as offered by google. I have been offered 2 options - option 1. Cash lump sum. I am not going to take this since there is more value in 2. Option 2 - I have been asked to pick options where each option has a cost. Total cost is fixed at 61 points. I have a call with the relocation coordinator soon so looking for tips. Can I ask the total cost to be increased to say 70 points? Is there any additional cash amount that is offered in addition to point benefits?

What option did you select? Why did you say option 2 makes more sense?
Option 1 does not work for me since I don’t want to deal with hassle of moving myself. Finding movers, packing stuff etc. I am going with option 2.

Where are you moving from? 61 points looks a lot. I got only 21 points
It depends on level and role and how badly google needs u.
