Rent the Runway Layoffs
Rent the runway had layoffs today, still unsure how many are impacted. The previous all hands they made the announcement to stop cashing out paid time off for employees when leaving. They just screwed all of these people out of a paycheck #layoff

I think they called it a switch to an unlimited vacation policy in that meeting last month. Fingers crossed maybe it wasn’t put into affect yet for those impacted

Somewhere around 25% of the salaried workers. 24 in tech, of all experience levels. “Working on the wrong thing”.
