Requesting from IBM any equipment for my home office
I am leaving Cisco CX soon to join IBM Customer Success organization and curious whether it's okay to ask my future manager for providing me with some equipment for my home office, like a docking station, monitor(s), headsets, etc. Any hints and suggestions on the list of the equipment are much appreciated. Nothing really worth it, in my opinion. They'll give you a 13" MacBook by default and the extra options are not in the same class. Plan to spend your own money for something you'd like.

Thank you for sharing your insights. Actually, I was surprised (in a good way) by a selection of the laptop models, which are available for a new hire - 3 Mac, 4 Lenovo and 1 Dell.
There is a website where you can order the stuff you need. They give you some allotment of "blue bucks" per year to spend.
