Return to Twitter

Twitter has now asked dozens of employees, who were fired by the company last week, to please return. According to Bloomberg sources, some employees were laid off by mistake. Others were fired before management realized that their work and experience might be necessary to build the new features Musk envisions. If someone was technically fired (given notice and cut access but still technically employed for another two months) could the company just revoke the notice and pretend they did nothing and not give severance?

This is the question.
