Sure. But what should I say about expected TC. I’m very bad at negotiating got brutally lowballed in my last switch. Don’t wanna miss this time. For rippling I saw they have offered 70-80 LPA for my yoe. This would be hard I think in current market situation.
Rippling will play ball to a certain extent if you have other offers, levels.fyi is a good source of datapoints for both companies
it is 45-58 base. My recommendation is accept only if it is more 50. Getting SD3 becomes more political now a days. Please don’t expect any growth for a year atleast
