I am planning on shifting to US from India. I have connected with a hiring manager regarding US based roles at rippling who informed me that I can join rippling india office and easily move to rippling US easily in an year. Is that feasible. Should i go ahead. I feel like it would be hard to shift internally at google as many teams are shifting to India. Should I go ahead and interview for rippling?
