My brother is interviewing at Rivian for a reliability engineer position and the ballpark numbers given by the recruiter are below. Would love some feedback on these numbers and any insight into Rivian company culture, benefits, pros/cons as well that I could pass along. He has 3 YOE as a stress/structural engineer and is absolutely HiPo #interview #ballparkoffer Base: 135k RSUs: 2 year vesting, 135k total Bonus: 10% Addition RSUs yearly, target: 90k
Ohh wait, there is additional 90k rsu target. Great offer with that experience.
Good numbers
Location?
What’s HiPo?
It's opp of LiPo.
It’s an animal. Next question.
Based on our stock price right now that’s a banging deal. Like I want to quit and come back for that number cause even I don’t have that amount of RSUs since our stock took a shit
Better offer than my L5 5 YOE at amazon
What's your TC? Are you in LCOL area? Are you in software?
Those are good numbers.
Worklife balance at Rivian sucks.
Location: west coat or Mid west?
Tc- 200 , looks good for 3 yoe
