I'm 22 YO with ~4 yoe, started my career early and got lucky. My resume is 2 pages, I know I can reduce it to 1 page but it's already too hard to get a job like this. I'm located in Turkey, maybe that's the barrier but I couldn't even get an internship at any of the companies I applied internationally. Roast me (and please help me get an internship or something) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XvhVSveOKAuMl12KU52S9KikwZ9Owex-/view?usp=sharing Thank you Edit: Modified PII thanks to /Samsung
Personally, not looking at the details, do not use any other font color other than black. Putting different color in location seems like you are emphasizing location.
Try to fit everything in one page
doesn't look too bad apart from grammar, generic job descriptions and inconsistent sentence structures in bullet points
Will look into it, thanks!
curious, did you use overleaf?
Yes
Way too long. Remove till it's a single page. I don't care about your clubs and stuff, I care about your experience and skills. If you have actual experience you don't have to include the fluff.
But I will be applying to internship roles?
If you’re just an intern there is absolutely no reason your resume should be more than 1 page
Squeeze the line spacing, and resize the margins. it’ll help fit in one page
I thought humans read these so it would be polite to make something readable, but I will give it a shot. Thanks!
Yeah but humans can enlarge the pdf too, still too much space on the lines. The words width are fine
Looks quite impressive to me. Let me know if you want Amazon SDE2 referral
22 needs to fit on one page
Not trying to be a dick but out of 5 experiences I feel like 3 to 4 of them don't belong, they should be in a volunteer/project kinda section. Your certifications and extracurricular activities are nice and good for you but I couldn't care less about them as a hiring manager. Work on the Grammer, organization, make it one page, and have a section called work experience where you put your actual work experience and another section called projects where you put your volunteer or learning experiences
Thank you so much for the details. I will definitely organize it.
Tbh it’s not worth spending too much time on Resume.
I think I have to actively apply to jobs because of my location. What else do you suggest?
