Robinhood Finance (nontech) salary L4 / L5
Can anyone give me an idea of what the a finance salary breakdown looks like at Robhinhood for a finance, nontech role? The recruiter said they do not have any salary restrictions and did not give me a range when I asked. They said it will be at either L4 or L5.

Weird that they wouldn't give you any range. The recruiter shared the range for eng role when I asked when I was applying. Are you applying in California? CA state law requires the recruiter to give you the range.

Ask them for a range in writing. They’ll likely give you the L4 range so you can assume L5 is higher. That will just be base. There’s bonus + equity so let us know what you hear.
