Basically going into Robinhood negotiations soon and wondering about what people have gotten as comp structure? Do they offer signing bonuses if asked and how flexible are the ranges for RSU/base that they give you during the recruiter conversations? Any insight appreciated, would prefer role agnostic feedback :)
Compensation + Steel desk to bang your head every day wondering what made you join RH.
Lol. I’m not saying I’ll go with them, I have interviews at 3-4 companies ongoing. With that said, I think Robinhood is worth considering seriously. I know they’re memed to death because of GME but I don’t reckon they’re going anywhere.
If you take the role, guide them to introduce structured products.
Can you share the offer details here?
