I have amount in my chase and BOA accounts, but looks like transferring it to Robinhood and Fidelity takes 3-5 days, by then the stock prices will increase. Is there a way to transfer the amount instantly so that I can buy the shares right away?
Fidelity makes the cash immediately available to your trading account. The deduction of actual money from your source account takes 3-5 days.
I transferred 5k from BOA checking to fidelity this morning.. not yet transfered.. so looks like it's not instant
I have been using fidelity for quite sometime, no upgraded membership. The cash available to trade shows up instantly under - Trade (from top bar) -> Select account -> Cash available to trade. Call the customer support if you donβt see it.
What makes you think stock prices will increase?
Nasdaq is up 2% today. :P Quite unpredictable.
I guess in long run I am looking for an option to deposit and buy stocks instantly.. US banks are shit.. so much of tech and it takes 3-5 days..
Upgrade RH to gold or use Webull! Both are instantaneous. Donβt use RH if possible !
Get a margin account
Cash is available instantly with fidelity
Upgrade your account to Robinhood Gold. Itβs called Instant Deposits and the instant deposit limit depends on your portfolio size.
