Roblox stock & job offer
Accepted offer at Roblox. Getting plenty of stock, but not sure what the price would be later this year. Would you consider Roblox a risky move because of stock volatility? Or it was riskier to stay at Twitter and wait for layoffs? Old TC $650k New TC $800k

I'd argue Roblox is more of a social platform than a gaming company. Not too different from Twitter in that aspect.
Twitter is probably better during potential uncertainty. As long as you are in a critical org.

Not to mention great culture at roblox. i know some top folks over there and they are the real deal. Smart, good people.
Both are a bit dicey. Twitter more so unless Elon drops it, and twitter uses the $1B wisely.
