Comparing 2 offers right now, both for Senior SWE (4 YOE) Roblox 225k Base 730k RSU (/4 years) No bonus TC 405k Tableau (Salesforce) 250k Base 15% yearly bonus 450k RSU (/4 years) 70k sign on bonus TC 470k year 1, 400k after Both teams have similarly good culture and project space. Roblox has a higher upward potential and team impact, but Tableau is a higher overall comp and stability of stock. Due to the mix of pros and cons of each it’s becoming quite a tricky decision. What do you all think? Current TC: 380k

4yr google won't be e5, need 5+ yrs with a good skill and team, I think that's part of reason to leave. even e5 in fb or l5 in google won't get 400k+
