SAP Concur interview
I recently interviewed with SAP concur for a lead backend engineer. I received an email from the technical recrutiter for the availability to call post 2 days of my final interview. Does it sound like an offer ? If so, how much TC I can ask ?
Depends on the level but over ask for sure.
Sounds like a rejection to me. They wouldn't wait to give you an offer because they wouldn't want you lose you. Sorry. Keep looking for another job. This is becoming more common. I guess companies don't want to look bad so they want to talk to you instead of simply sending an email. Hope I am wrong.
Do we asked to schedule a call with recruiter even for rejection also ??
Yes. Both recruiters and candidates are busy.
Lead Backend Engineer sounds like a made up position.. haven’t heard of it at concur
Is it kind of internal title of the job position they have posted ?
