SAP Concur vs. VMWare engineering internship to full time

A friend of mine got internship in VMware and SAP Concur. The team at SAP Concur seems better with more dev exposure although in Seattle. VMware offer is more in the Content Management team with Palo Alto team somewhat dev and IT. Which one is better? Which one has more probability of converting to full time? My friend is fairly entry level.

SAP scams most interns for cheap labor. They would go as far as promising a full time role and then back off.

Not true. SAP has a huge focus on early talent and they are one of the best pipelines for hiring.

I agree with TheyWin.. At least in my org, they keep hiring interns and not converting them to full time. Only few lucky get converted

Marketing solutions. I believe they have adobe experience manager used heavily to support their marketing initiatives. But need developers/IT dev to help support it.

I’ve worked at both companies. VMware’s intern to full time conversion is way higher. SAP doesn’t really hire interns(25% conversion)
